Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme (TDPS)
All deposits being paid by a tenant for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy must be registered with a recognised deposit protection scheme within 14 days. Where appropriate, Sebastian Roche will register the deposit on a landlords behalf.
